If you want a personal trainer who is dedicated, loving, funny and does not buy into the diet culture bullshit, Louise is your trainer! Louise helped me tremendously with building a better relationship with working out and my overall body image. She’s honest, pushes you but also respects your physical and mental boundaries, which was a huge deal-breaker for me.
I’ve struggled with an eating disorder and working out for me was a way to punish my body and therefore it was always linked to losing weight. Something I really wanted to get rid of. In the six months that I trained with Louise, we did not focus even once on how my body looked or weighed and focused solely on having a good time while moving my body.
I even got into olympic weightlifting, which I never knew I liked! In the training, Louise listens really well to your wants and needs and makes sure all the workouts are fun, dynamic and not at all boring or repetitive. No need to doubt, if you want a trainer that will help you raise a big middle finger to all diet culture bullshit and will help you enjoy moving your body in a loving and fun way, Louise is it!

Sinds 1,5 jaar ben ik op een missie om mn overall fitness te verbeteren. Dit na 30 jaar nagenoeg niets doen. Met CrossFitten en diëten ben ik een eind gekomen maar die voeding bleef een punt. Crashen, afvallen en dan weer aankomen. Ik was het zo dat! Nu heb ik Lou als voedingscoach en het bevalt me super goed! We hebben samen gekozen voor coaching op basis van het aanleren van nieuwe gewoontes. Geen calorieën tellen, geen 'fout' voedsel: ik mag alles eten wat ik wil. De gewonntes zorgen ervoor dat ik niet overboord ga. Ik ben ook al afgevallen zonger maar 1 moment het gevoel te hebben gehad dat ik iets niet mocht eten. Heerlijk!
