Everybody’s abilities and desires for exercise are unique. This could include anything from dealing with an old injury to wanting a well-rounded program delivered outside of a traditional gym. Depending on your fitness goals, we’ll go through a set of assessments designed with you in mind. These help me develop the best one-of-a-kind program for you and establish a baseline to celebrate your progress down the road.

Whether we’re working together online, in person, or between one-on-one sessions, this is where you’ll receive your individualized training plan! To be effective, your training needs to be periodized. That means it must change and build on itself regularly so you don’t stall your results. At this stage, you’ll get quarterly programming broken down into an easy weekly guide that will lead you step-by-step to success.

No boredom or plateaus here, I promise! We’ll use periodic check-ins and a handful of measurement tools to keep your training plans exciting and keep you moving forward. These will help you to measure all the ways in which your fitness is improving and help me make sure our program is giving you maximum value for your energy.

While appointments provide you with valuable time to check-in, I will always be available within 24 hours to answer your burning questions or give advice when hiccups arise.
